Honestly my mistake not reading the reviews before trying to do business with these people. Over charged me for removing a few links on 2 bracelets. Poor soldering job on the bottom one and cut more than I asked on the top one. His solution? add cheap rings to close it. Absolutely trash service don't come here.
Completely rude and sexist, I won't recommend doing any business here.
