I have attempted to get someone to contact me, to no avail. I even went to their office with all the window measurements and was told someone would contact us. Still waiting and its been about a month. Not a good way to run a business. I understand that if they are busy they should at least call and explain. Good luck!
Excellent from beginning to end.They took there time and did a great job and always kept in contact with me.When it was all done Jose came by and showed us how to use and maintain it and made sure all windows and doors worked perfect.Thank You
Horrible customer service. They gave me the run around for weeks after taking my money. I still didnt get my order right. THE WORST experience ever.😭

One Stop's workers did a good job. The installation looks great. They cleaned up after they finished and stowed away the panels in my shed for me. I would use them again.
We have an old house with some odd windows. The salesman assured us no problem. We had many issues along with bad weather and intense heat. New measurements had to be done and new cuts made. Through it all Jose was in continuous communications with us. The installers Jeffrey and his companion worked through horrible humidity and even rain.
