Awesome service!The heat pump installation was perfect. Anton was super professional and did a great job. He even found a mistake made by the builders and fixed it right away.Everything works great. When the air outside was full of smog, we kept the windows closed and stayed completely cool and comfortable inside. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give zero stars. This was by far the worst and most unprofessional service experience I have ever had. Before their visit, I asked about the service call fees multiple times via text message, but they completely ignored my inquiries. They initially assured me that the air conditioner could be repaired, but once they arrived, they simply said the parts didn't fit and left without completing the job. One Stop Heating & Air Conditioning came to the rescue yesterday evening to fix my broken central a/c. It was installed by a different company, unfortunately this company kept giving me the runaround. Anthony at One Stop came to the rescue and efficiently and thoroughly fixed my a/c. I'm now cold, and dogs and i love it!! Thank you again Anthony 🥶
