We had a great experience getting our AC installed through One Stop. Anthony was professional throughout the process—he clearly explained the available options, provided a competitive quote, and completed the installation without much wait. Unlike other companies that pushed whatever models they had in stock, he made the effort to source the exact brand and type I wanted. He showed to check the work and no quotes or communication after. Its been 2 weeks. Send few text and also made calls sadly no answer . He even hung up my calls No professiolisam, no communication totally a waste of time
Anthony did a great job. He was very knowledgable about the Google nest thermostat. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Fantastic service and Anthony and Val were a pleasure to deal with. Will call on them again for sure when we need help with our HVAC again!
This guy saved me big $$$ AC went out and had a company diagnose and told me it was not repairable and would have to buy a new unit One Stop came out and diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it on the spot
