Had a great experience with One Stop Flooring repairing my kitchen hardwood floors that were damaged by a leaky refrigerator. They immediately came to assess the damage and offered an affordable solution to get it fixed. Once scheduled, the repairman (Randy) was very diligent in meeting my expectations and performed the work with a great attention to detail. Our kitchen looks great now! We are satisfied customers!
I would highly recommend One Stop Flooring Shop! Aaron and his staff were nice, polite and very helpful. Once I picked out our flooring the job was completed in a timely manner and our installer Randy did amazing work! He took pride in his work and all debris was cleaned up. We love our new flooring!

Had a great experience with one stop flooring shop. Customer service was great, very easy to work with. We had hardwood flooring and custom hardwood staircase as well as carpet put down. Upon arriving in the store I was greeted and told I would taken care of shortly. 10 minutes later the older gentleman asked how he could help me. I knew exactly what I wanted just needed prices basically. 3 times he asked me to hold on he had to take a call. Even with the red flags for a business I took samples and agreed to let them come to my home for an estimate. Same man arrived. Taking measurements and asking questions.
