Leo A was EXCELLENT. He was thorough, friendly, and efficient. Our carpets look great, and I would absolutely recommend him and the company to anyone. We will be using them again!
They were communicative about arrival time. The tech was pleasant and explained everything. They honored my request for no deodorizer (perfumes). The carpet cleaned up nicely except for a few spots that were just too deep to get out (which I understood going in).
