We were stranded in Douglas and they wouldn’t help us at all. No concern that we were in a bind and needed ou vehicle looked at quickly. Go to OK Wecking. They are wonderful and helped us get back on the road in 3 hours.

Took 1 and 1/2 hours to change my oil and rotate tires. Not acceptable.
Our son is a financially-strapped college student who was traveling from Chicago to the Tetons for a summer job. His 30-year-old van was to be his transportation and lodging over the summer. He started having serious head gasket issues heading into Wyoming. There was nothing we could do from Chicago to help him, but the guys at One Stop very generously invested a lot of time helping him diagnose his problems and figure out his options.
