Just wanted to send a big shout out to Daniel and One Stop Auto who fitted us in short notice to inspect a strange noise under the car.. fitted us in between jobs.. eliminated one possible cause and then diagnosed the issue and advised ok to travel on to ACT for best chance to have the parts etc avail. Great service.. flexible and reliable advice too.. Chrs Danial and team for reassuring advice and quick turn around. Peter
Untrustworthy,,, total denial of shoddy dangerous repairs performed, overcharged suspension work, will not take responsibility, takes advantage of older people, paid $824 CASH no receit and then i receive unpaid invoice because i complained about work. Never seen a mechanic with so many cars of unpaid customers hidden in back yard of his house across from workshop , who says he takes no notice of any reviews on here. Owner is a jerk and does not know how to speak to people professionally. I would not recommend anyone going to this workshop. Not only were my repairs not completed in a timely manner, but they also dismissed me when I raised concerns.
