Best shop in the DMV area! I can't say enough good things about this shop. My Jeep started smoking in the middle of a shopping center parking lot and a gentleman was kind enough to reccommend One Stop Automotive and Tires. I got my car towed there in the evening and Rafael (the owner) called me as soon as it got dropped off. First thing the following morning he had a detailed description of everything that needed to be repaired, he broke it down in terms of pricing and assured me that he would be replacing everything with OEM parts only. When I picked up my car (the same day) he explained all the work that was done and showed me the parts that were repaired. My car is running better than ever!! It is also worth mentioning that I did my research and everywhere I looked the repairs and labor were well over what I was quoted/charged, the prices are seriously unbeatable. Rafael and his team are professional, honest and deserve every single star. They have me as life-long customer from here on out. I feel like I hit the jackpot, I highly recommend!
