This shop is a scam and should be investigated for bad business practices. I have a car (Tesla) that tells me when a alignment is needed but this guy failed my inspection because he feels the steering wheel has a little tilt. There is after market steering wheel on the car which could be contributing to the small insignificant tilt. No uneven wheel wear.

I don't know who leaves positive reviews. Had to wait more than an hour and a half. As expected, the car did not pass inspection. They gave me a list of faults and suggested that I have the car repaired by them. Judging by the part numbers, these are the cheapest replacements at the price of the originals. And I will say more, some parts turned out to be in good condition and did not need replacement.
Please avoid this place if you value your time. Their listed opening time on Google is 8:30 AM, but they don’t actually open until 11 AM. When I called, they kept saying they were ‘on the way,’ which was very unprofessional. This business is poorly organized, and they should reconsider whether they deserve to hold a license.
