What a joke. I dropped my car off, and it took three weeks to fix. They didn't call to tell me what was wrong and if they wanted to repair it. They just took it upon themselves to order the parts and charge me $360. They then had to jump my battery. It was a brand new battery bought in February 2025. I then get down the road, and the car dies right down from Hillsville Elementary when school is letting out. I was mortified on the side of the road holding up traffic; it was one lane.
