This place is awesome!! They have been taking care of me for years, and the best part is I never wait long.
I suddenly had a very loud noise coming from my Toyota’s engine and had it towed in to One Stop at about 1pm on a Friday. They found the issue, the serpentine belt, and they had my car ready at 5pm that same day! So, I didn’t go into the weekend without the car. I couldn’t believe it. Tom was really polite and happy to help, he doesn’t seem bothered at all that I was calling on a Friday afternoon to tow my car in. It turned out to be a great day.
After an accident they checked my car, put air in my tires and drove me home to ensure I got home safe due to my emotional state. They didn't charge me a dime. Truly amazing people that I will be bringing my car to for anything it needs in the future.
