Extremely poor service. Our initial issue was never fixed. They did, however, find $2000 worth of work that “needed” to be done. We trusted them and were sorely mislead. They were incompetent in that work so much so that we had to take the car in three separate times for them to fix issues they created while doing those repairs. They also never showed up at opening and were usually 30 minutes late. Very unsatisfactory work. Look elsewhere for integrity in car maintenance.
My car broke down late Saturday afternoon and I managed to reach One Stop to make sure I can have my car towed to them. They met me on site and even though they couldn't get it looked at that day they were very responsive and professional and told me they would get to it Monday. Monday morning they called me with the fault diagnosis (broken front axle) and said they can have it fixed by end of day after fixing the axle and test driving to make sure everything was in order. My jeep wouldn't start, so I was having it towed and the tow truck driver recommended one stop auto repair. I was like sure why not. Literally the best decision ever. Prices are fair, and no one tried to sell more than I needed done. I will be bring my other vehicle here for regular maintenance. If you're looking for honest, fast service, definitely use this shop!
