To start Tina, Josh and everyone there are all pleasant and nice. But thats not what matters. I own multiple car lots. Ive experienced many different mechanics good and bad. These guys are good if you need a tune up, brakes, or something super simple. But if the car requires any kind of detailed diagnosis they seem either unwilling or unable to go further. We were 5 hrs from home with 5 hrs to go when our AC blower motor died. This repair shop was recommended by an auto parts store. They checked our vehicle and were able to get the replacement and install it in less than 2 hrs do we could continue our vacation. God bless them.!

They've treated me fairly over the past several years, even if you have your own parts already, but don't expect a warranty on anything if you supply your own parts and I understand that, as an ex mechanic I know this too well, people always want a warranty even when they supply the parts, but if they supply them, you'll get a warranty that they will stand by. Josh and his wife are the friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing, I would recommend One Stop Auto to everyone.
