We went to One Stop as we had a repair that needed to be done urgently. The customer service was very kind. It was made sure we get the problem solved as soon as possible. Highly recommended. This mechanical saved us from scammers. We had problems with our van and had a list of things to repair from another garage that would have cost us $1000. We wanted to get a second opinion and drove to this mechanical. Fortunately, the nice staff took their time and after half an hour our van was ploughed through. No faults were found. The poor performance of our van is normal. Only a small leak in the coolant hose was fixed. They didn't even want any money for that. Many thanks for this fast and friendly... read more
VERY well named as it really is one stop and its all done. These guys (and gals) are fantastic to deal with. No dramas when dropping your car off and they give you a call with what they find out and the cost to fix it pretty promptly. ALSO - a huge plus, if its not worth fixing they tell you up front. We now take all our work cars here and family cars (plus have taken a couple of cars in for pre purchase checks which saved us $1000s).
