Wayne fitted me in at short notice when my caravan electrics needed repair. He couldn't totally fix the problem but did a repair and advised what else needed to be done. He was very professional and gave me excellent product and safety advice. 5 stars for customer service.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from Wayne. I took my car in expecting the problem to be diagnosed and repaired by someone who claimed to know what they were doing. Instead, I was left with a bill of over $1,000 and a car with the exact same problem I brought it in for. It’s hard to understand what I was actually paying for because it certainly wasn’t a successful repair. The way I was treated made the whole experience even worse. Highly recommend this business as the service from Wayne and the crew was top notch, very friendly, didn’t overcharge which can be an issue a lot of people worry about and is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about his line of work. I was also able to book in short notice as my car had a fault on it Sunday afternoon and I was able to drop it off to them Monday afternoon. Went to see Wayne about an electrical fault with my GU Patrol. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. Didn't charge me, was very helpful. Cheers Wayne
