Cheaters!! Be careful with the rating, though the rating looks high, the number of people rated this shop is less. I fell for the same reason that they had a higher rating but ignored the number of people reviewed this shop.Do not go here if this is your first time. Very bad service and wrong diagnosis. My husband and I are looking to buy a used car. He drives by this place 4 times a day on his way to work, home for lunch, back to work and home again. We drove by and so the We Are Open Sign and pulled in. My husband had been eyeing an SUV that could tow his boat. He walked over and checked it out while I waited in our van. I bought a car from them and found out 5 days later the the engine add a blown head gasket they refused to fix it or refund my money.Word of advice don't buy a car from them.
I bought a vehicle at One Stop Auto in Braintree, MA. Bought this vehicle for $4500, drove it for 3 months and it started leaking antifreeze! I then tried to fix the issue with a stop leak as a temporary fix (bandaid) and plugs and wires. Mind you this is with having two children under 3 in the truck. Spoke with them to see if they could do anything to help us out as we do not have 4500 to spend twice and we were told it was a 30 day warranty. Basically in my opinion 30days their stop leak was held for. Buyer beware!!
i bought a used car from ONE STOP and have had it for almost 2 years now -any problems i have had have been serviced quickly and professionally -looking to buy my next car and a car for my daughter --- price is right and people good to deal with and fair -thanks guys
