100% unreliable. A fake, can't be making money dealing in appliances because they treat customers in such a way that no one would recommend them or do business with them. BE WARNED!
Absolutely horrible. James charge me $80.00 for "fixing" my refrigerator. Refrigerator was the same as before. Called him many times to come back and do it right. He said he will but he never show up or called. In the meantime my food was getting very bad. Finally, I talked on the phone and he said he will return part of my money back, to go to his business tomorrow and that the money will be there.
