One Step is strictly professional. They are not there to coddle or befriend. In fact in the many tests I've gone in for, I don't recall seeing any social chatter amongst any of the office staff; they are either checking someone in or out, filing, copying scheduling, answering phones. answering patients questions or listening ,all in a professional manner.
