Today, February 28, I had an appointment at the Sugarland location at 3pm. I filled out everything online to save time and get through quickly, but they kept me waiting for more than an hour and they didn't call me. I asked the person at the desk what time they would call me. I arrived before everyone else and I'm still here. He didn't answer me. Her name is Arlet. It's bad service. Please be nicer and pay attention to your clients' appointments. It is very bad experience Please please don’t be like that ☹️
Dr.Sori was amazing!!! This was my second attempt at MRIs and I was a nervous wreck when I went in for 2 scans. She was very understanding and walked me through the process step by step. She promised me she could do it fast so I would be in and out. She counted me down in between the sessions which allowed me to get the scans done. Super grateful to her and her experience!!! I would not have been able to get the MRIs done with anyone else.
I scheduled a ct scan for my dad and gave them all the info. On the day of the appointment they called me to cancel because they said it needed to be approved by his insurance first. They told me it would take about a week the most. Never heard back from them had to call them multiple times to get a status update.
