Wow! These people are 10 steps ahead! We called around for two days, desperate for help with some pieces no one could get quickly. Thomas Rigg was super busy, but called us back, searched his shop, looked in a random box labeled one way and in there was the opposite way parts....exactly what we needed. Pretty much a Christmas miracle!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Bob and his team did an amazing job on my stair rail! He was prompt, professional, and friendly in taking measurements, discussing the design, and install. When there was a problem (small dent on the wood upon install) he came soon to fix it. I was referred to him by an architect - he may not have great online presence but he’s been doing this for more than 30 years! If you are hesitating, please don’t. You are in good hands.
I've known Robert Rigg for many years past on a business level, he is an impeccable man of great character and reputation, Thier team is not a bunch of craftsmen! They are ALL the type of people that you want to do your work! If you want the best call one step ahead and talk to Bob. He is worth the wait, Get on his books NOW and tell him your dreams and they will Make them happen!
Bob was prompt with his review and estimate. Communication was superb. The work was artistic and pristine, both in design and materials. I highly recommend working with this team to create your perfect staircase. Mine was a replacement to an older design staircase which had become wiggly. I also love that he removed the squeaks from my stairs.
