My mom bought medicine that she later realized was already opened. When she tried to return it the next day, not only did they not refund her, the staff ganged up on her and gave her a really hard time - zero apologies for selling faulty product. She is elderly and left very disappointed and upset.
Super helpful and efficient! The staff here really take the time to explain everything clearly, and the delivery option makes things so convenient. Clean storefront, fast service, and great communication. Definitely my go-to pharmacy in the neighborhood!
