This is my favorite Spa in Scottsdale. The massages are great (love that they have a very comfortable setup for prenatal massages) and robes that cover the baby bump comfortably! The service is always amazing. I do wish the roof top poolside service was a little faster, but that’s my only critique.
This used to be our go-to spa — until today. We had two pedicures and a spa day which has been our tradition every yr , we come here for spa days and treatments on our birthdays... So today we booked it as part of a birthday and Mother’s Day weekend celebration. This is the weakest spa. No cold plunge and the cold “shower” absolutely doesn’t work. No aromatherapy room but somehow more expensive than the princess which is FARRRR superior. You cannot do a spa without a cold plunge or at LEAST working facilities
I had a wonderful time at the Phoenician Spa, except for leaving. I got the hydrafacial with the wonderful aesthetician, Tarah, and it was amazing. She was so kind, told me what she was doing, made me feel 100% comfortable, and did an amazing job! I would go back to see her again! The spa facility was amazing too- sauna, steam room, hot tub, coloring pages in the rest area, snacks waters and teas.
