Kimberly at the front desk was AMAZING! She made the day for me and my two girlfriends amazing. She found out we were celebrating two birthdays and went out of her way to make our day above and beyond. That coupled with the amazing facilities made our day exceptional. Food at the pool was superb. We also took an aerial yoga class that was so much fun.This was our first time coming to the Phoeniecian, and we will be back for sure!
This was my first visit to the spa at the Venetian, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. My daughter and her husband have been coming here for facials for quite some time and have not consistently enjoyed those services. The massages are not that great. My husband and I visited The Phoenician Spa during our honeymoon, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. They ruined a Mother’s Day gift. They don’t honor online prices, they charge you extra fees at the door and excuse them as “policy.” I should have just listened to previous reviews.
