The facilities are 5 -star but the pool and the menu needs a revamp (at all the pools around the resort). They also need more servers. That being said, the steam room sauna etc were top of the line.
I had an amazing massage by Bri. Definitely no complaints there and the massage table was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever laid on. The amenities were just ok though. Could only use the spa rooftop pool which had no shade and a lot of rust everywhere. For the cost of the service we should be able to go to the regular resort pool area as well. They did give me a complimentary champagne for my birthday though. Overall it was a good one time experience.
Had a wonderful massage and experience at the spa. A lovely way to spend the day.
Great spa! Massage was incredible, and the service is great! Loved the Mediterranean food at the pool, and the sweet treats that are available while you’re being pampered.
