Had a bad experience due to an appointment falling through the cracks right after I paid for the service. I ended up canceling the appointment, but my wife was able to make hers, They went above and beyond to make amends. It's a beautiful venue and my wife wants to get their massage chair setup in our home now after her experience.
I feel like Scottsdale has a way better spa places than this one when it comes to luxury. Just like every other spa place, this looks clean and neat but the customer service and poor management aren't doing it for me unfortunately.
Very poor communication and customer service. I scheduled a manicure at the Spa. If you want to make that no chip, then you need to book it for 30 mins earlier. I went there myself and asked a woman at the front desk, who never bothered to ask me what type of manicure I wanted. When I get there I don’t get all the scrubing and other services including in the manicure, I just get a no chip. To my surprise, they charge me for both things.
