There was some confusion as to how to sing up for classes. There was a paper sign up sheet and we signed up for the aqua yoga and the flying Pilates for the next day. Somehow only the sign up sheet for the flying Pilates was lost and the class only had a few spots open so not everyone in our group was able to do the class. We were told we should have signed up with them at the desk. So why have a sign up sheet then?! The spa and the quiet room were amazing. I could have spent all day there chilling
The only reason they get 2 stars is because my massage was AWESOME and all of the extras (the smells, the bell etc.) were GREAT! Really enjoyed the massage experience. Everything else left so much to be desired. We were there with a group of about 10 ladies celebrating a milestone birthday with a spa day. We did not realize that we were not granted access to the resort pool with a spa treatment. Every other spa in AZ we've been to grants access to spa guests to the resort pool where we go and spend hundreds of dollars on foo... read more
Kimberly at the front desk was AMAZING! She made the day for me and my two girlfriends amazing. She found out we were celebrating two birthdays and went out of her way to make our day above and beyond. That coupled with the amazing facilities made our day exceptional. Food at the pool was superb. We also took an aerial yoga class that was so much fun.This was our first time coming to the Phoeniecian, and we will be back for sure!
This was my first visit to the spa at the Venetian, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. My daughter and her husband have been coming here for facials for quite some time and have not consistently enjoyed those services. The massages are not that great. They experienced that their massages were underwhelming. After my experience, I completely understand why. We paid approximately $500 per massage, so I expected an exceptional experience.
