I visited the Phoenician Spa a few times. It has changed for the worst over the years. The spa area was very crowded. I had to wait for a shower, the jacuzzi area which I usually enjoy, was filled with too many loud people. They used to allow a certain amount of people and it kept the ambiance relaxing. The towel disposal area was overflowing with dirty towels and with only 2 staff managing a crowded room, it felt more like a local gym. They need to hire more support. I love this spa, I return every year although it is pricey. I had a facial with Andrea and it was one of the best facials I have ever had. I love that they offer hydra facial and biologique recherche facials, the two best brands for results. My only complaint is that hotel guest spouses at spa should be able to come To the pool as a guest if not getting a treatment to have lunch.
