I run a high-end design + build company (Buidling Culture) and we use One Source for 90% of our projects. They have great products--Sierra Pacific being our go-to, and also do a great job on install, and back it up with service and warranty!
Great price on Windows and Doors
No issues with quality, windows look good. We did have an issue with customer service, if you are using a builder highly suggest only having your builder make changes. We came in for a short 5 min visit where we confirmed white windows, removed slates and dropped on set of sliding doors. OneSource had an old version of the drawings, we left saying we could send them the updated drawings to add new windows. They updated the quote sent it to our builder. We assumed everything was fine.
