began with introduction and then through the project estimation, very professionally presented (SPOT ON!). received advice the lake water level needed to drop a bit more to enable appearance i wanted (SPOT ON!). the work crew arrived (according to schedule) during a tornado watch (hmmm, but SPOT ON) and worked throughout the entire watch conditions. Results are great but time frame went from 8 weeks to 4 months while holding my 50%deposit.
Great to work with! Responded in a timely manner when we followed-up. Worked with us on dates for installation so we didn't have renters at the house as they moved the dock away from the property. The guys that came out to do the work were really hard workers and very friendly. They talked to me when I went down to check it out and answered a couple questions. Was fun to see the process too.
