I ordered a hairdryer two weeks ago. I just received a refund with an email stating, " item out of stock". It took you 2 weeks to realize that??? Just now ordered the same item on amazon. It'll be here in 2 days. Would not recommend ordering from this circus.
BEWARE. . . . .Do not order from this company. I am in the process of filing FRAUD charges against them. They take your charge card $$ and no product arrives. No one is at the store. January 2022
This was awesome!!! Don't listen to carol.colagrossi. I had no problems and they were very kind in customer service. When I need strange office products or any for that matter I will come here. There was no way I could afford to buy what I did unless I had found this gem. I am very satisfied. All the items came as described and in grand condition. Brilliant. Inexpensive, quality, quick. This was awesome!!! There was no way I could afford to buy what I did unless I had found this gem. I am very satisfied. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been told for the last two weeks that someone would be here to pick up chairs that are not as described. They have not been picked up and there have been a myriad of excuses. These chairs cost over $600....makes me wonder if they have enough money in their account to refund my money? I bought specifically from them because they are 'woman/minority owned'.... I try to be supportive, but will never buy from them again.
