Just simply bad customer service and very poor communication.
Never communicated to providers about a CPAP ordered for my fiancé. Been waiting three months after ordering before we decided to go with another company.
This organization sent medical supplies to my elderly father without clearing the price with us first like they said they would. They are billing him over $100 for something he doesn’t need or want and was never ordered by us. We have called several times to return the items. Have been hung up on and threatened to send my 80 year old father to collections.
