There isn't enough time or space to describe how many mistakes this company has made. I honestly cannot understand how they are still in business. My daughter who is g-tube dependent is completely out of food for the second time in a week due to their negligence.
They sent my daughter the wrong diabetes equipment and refused to fix their mistake. They even tried to bill the insurance for something we never approved. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. I do NOT recommend this company.
This company is terrible ! I don’t understand how they stay in business. Every time I’m due for my quarterly subscription to be sent it never makes it to me on time and I always have to chase it down to try to get an answer as to when I might receive it . This company is very incompetent and unprofessional. The only reason I do business with them is because my insurance makes me. I suggest if you have a choice do NOT do business with this company as they are a joke !
They supply all my foster kids with medical supplies. Usually it’s a quick process.
I cannot praise this company enough. There was a paperwork issue and I was able to get the help I needed because the director advocated for me. I am truly grateful. We will continue to use this company as long as my family has a need for medical supplies.
