Terrible company. How are they allowed to operate like this. This is a medical supply company NOT UBER EATS these aren't optional items youre dealing with, this are medically necessary.
I find it hard to believe that One Source Medical Group is still in business. They seem indifferent to the negative impact their actions have on patients like me. I rely on certain medical supplies to manage my health condition, but despite numerous discussions with supervisors, nothing has improved. I find it hard to believe that One Source Medical Group is still in business. This company disrespects patients by failing to recognize that they rely on supplies to manage their health conditions. One Source seems indifferent to this fact. My supplies were never delivered on time, sometimes not arriving for weeks, and on one occasion, I went over a month without supplies. The absolute worst DME company. Read the reviews. Avoid at all costs!
Worst company ever!!! They send out your supplies whenever they feel like it!!! I should of had mine over a week ago and come to find out they still haven't shipped them!!! Ended up in the hospital due to their careless greedy company!!! Hired a lawyer to sue this company for all the times I have been hospitalized because of them!!! But they made sure they charged my insurance for all the supplies two weeks ago!!! This company needs to be shut down!!!
