I would not recommend One Source Blinds. I paid approximately $1,000 for what I believe were very inexpensive blinds, and when I asked for an itemized breakdown showing the cost of the blinds versus installation, I was told that pricing was “proprietary” and they refused to provide any transparency. As a customer, I think it’s reasonable to understand what you’re paying for, especially on a purchase of this size. I would give this place a ten star review if that was possible. Their customer service is fantastic and everyone I interacted with in person or on the phone was conscientious and kind.

The One Source team took care of us every step of the way. We especially loved getting to touch and feel samples of window treatments in our home. They know their product line so well too, which really helped us narrow down our choices before ordering. We even opted for a few automated shades and we couldn't be happier with the quality!

Very professional and personable. We had to replace one blind and resting another blind (which we bought from OneSource) after our puppy decided to chew on them! We are very pleased with OneSource products and services!

I am MOST IMPRESSED by the care from One Source Home Solutions and their Representatives ! The Service is IMPECCABLE. The Representatives are all personable and most helpful. I recommend the Company MOST HIGHLY. My window Shades are gorgeous too !
