Very professional and personable. We had to replace one blind and resting another blind (which we bought from OneSource) after our puppy decided to chew on them! We are very pleased with OneSource products and services!

I have been waiting two months now for One Source to replace my poorly fitting blind. I continue to get the runaround and have been promised a call back the next day which never happened. Calling Hunter Douglas customer service was useless and they refer back to the store, One Source I am happy to report that One Source and Jason did replace my blind and it looks beautiful.
Great customer service. I visited the showroom 10 mins before closing and Laurel and Tim were very helpful and ready to assist with my needs for very specific clips for my new home 2 inch Hunter Douglas. I have previous experience in the window covering industry and appreciate good customer service. I will be back for my window covering needs!
