Unbelievable! Went here 3 times for a drug test first time was on Sunday lady said they don't do drug test on weekends but open m thru f 730am to 5pm Second time was on a tuesday came in at 445pm was told drug testing section was closed at 4pm. Came in again Friday at 130pm was told the drug testing administer was out sick and to call Monday to make sure she's in. SMH
What was to be a routine pre-op wellness check, turned into a 5 hour wait. I guess when you express your thoughts of the length of the wait, you get pushed further back. Once I finally was called back, I expressed again to another nurse who said I should never have been that long. I should’ve been in with the OTHER 2 8:00 AM APPOINTMENTS! And the only thing the receptionist would say is “I don’t know why they call them appointments, we don’t take appointments here.” Then WHY was my APPOINTMENT faxed over YESTERDAY???? Went because my doctor was out of town. I never leave bad reviews but I waited almost three hours! (Would had left but had already paid.) Call and make sure Taft is working otherwise don’t waist your money. Shawn the PA had such strong perfume it nearly would knock you down!
They saved the day for me. Again. Thanks yall
Needed breathing meds and because dr was out on family time was told to call back next week and no one wanted to approve me meds sitting at the pharmacy it’s upsetting when u have a life threatening situation and none of the women up there will help you
