Todd and team did a phenomenal job on a dream renovation. They incorporated my ideas and revitalized and restored my house. It's unrecognizable. I couldn't be happier. It was a massive undertaking and the result demonstrates their talent, creativity and craftsmanship. If I could give 6 stars I would.

A big home renovation is an inherently stressful undertaking -- particularly for those of us who do it for the first (and, god willing, last) time. Our family bought an old home in a historic Baltimore neighborhood with the understanding that we'd have to take on some big renovations. I highly recommend OSC. We called them after we had significant water damage to our historic home. The entire team is professional and communicative. They were able to navigate Baltimore City permitting and inspections with ease. The quality of the work is top notch and they left nothing to chance. We look forward to working with them again in the future for a planned remodel.
