I highly recommend OSC. We called them after we had significant water damage to our historic home. The entire team is professional and communicative. They were able to navigate Baltimore City permitting and inspections with ease. The quality of the work is top notch and they left nothing to chance. We look forward to working with them again in the future for a planned remodel.
I had a tricky renovation of an old Baltimore Row House that become more and more complicated as the old layers were peeled away. One Source did a truly amazing job of making the traditional and gorgeous aspects of the original house shine, while modernizing the rest in a seamless fashion for a spectacular result. We highly recommend Todd and his team at One Source Contracting (OSC). We engaged OSC to restore a 200-year-old hewn log house, deconstruct its previous additions and replace them with a newly designed addition that was better integrated with the log house.
