I had a tricky renovation of an old Baltimore Row House that become more and more complicated as the old layers were peeled away. One Source did a truly amazing job of making the traditional and gorgeous aspects of the original house shine, while modernizing the rest in a seamless fashion for a spectacular result. We highly recommend Todd and his team at One Source Contracting (OSC). We engaged OSC to restore a 200-year-old hewn log house, deconstruct its previous additions and replace them with a newly designed addition that was better integrated with the log house. We worked with One Source to renovate our master bathroom. the job was a complete rebuild with new tile, fixtures, and plumbing to service a steam shower. Staff was friendly and accommodating and work was completed with little delay. I would absolutely consider working with Todd and team again on future projects.
