We hired One Source Cleaning to perform a commercial kitchen deep clean. Before scheduling the job, we sent photos and had detailed conversations about the condition of the kitchen and the expectations. We were completely transparent about how difficult the job would be. When the crew arrived (3 workers plus a manager), they showed up with nothing but spray bottles and white towels. I am very disappointed with the recent service my family received from One Source The quality of work has noticeably dropped, and the attention to detail just isn’t there anymore. It was also disappointing to find out that Charlotte is no longer with the company; she was a highlight of the service here. Unfortunately, We won’t be booking again.
