I was in the worst kind of pickle with an exploded back windshield on a Friday morning and I’m from out of town. The Ford dealership and the body shop they referred me to didn’t know what to do with my car. One Source was recommended and I am so thankful! Everyone was so kind but still efficient. They were able to locate all of the parts needed. (SUV with lifting glass and defrost.) Great customer service! One source auto glass did an awesome job replacing the windshields on our semi truck. They showed up right on time and handled everything professionally. Highly recommend them if you need reliable, quality glasswork!
I promise you will not find better customer service anywhere! I was scheduled within 24hrs, welcomed when I came in and watched the staff treat every customer like they were family. Even the way managers interacted with the staff was just pleasant to see, especially in today's climate. Did I mention they charged me a fraction of the price another company qouted me. Oh yeah, special thank you to Angie who was so nice and made sure I was taken care of. Super Impressed all around!!
