Sometime last week, I arrived at 1st Source Servall hoping to replace a faulty AC capacitor, and possibly a fan motor. When I walked into the store, I said, “Good morning.” The two “gentlemen” bilaterally placed on either side of the service counter did nothing to show that my presence was recognized by them. So I said again with more emphasis, “Good morning. Needing a lid switch for my Whirlpool washing machine, I went to the YP.com website to find appliance parts stores in Corpus Christi. The only one listed is 1st Source Servall Appliance Parts. At their site was a link to their website. I went to their website, inserted the part number I needed and it showed they had it in stock for $23.89. On June 29, 2015 I went to the store to purchase the switch even though at $23.89 it was priced over three times higher than eBay prices. Terrible customer service. They hung up on me several times and refused to help me. The staff was rude and did not care to help me. I called 7 times and never once did they say well come to the store by 1 pm cause we will be closing instead they strung me along till they closed and refused to help me. I will never use them. They refused to even look for my part with the number because he claimed I was giving him wrong number, but how would be know if he didn't even search his system.
