Worst customer service. 8.30 pm appointment 24 July 2026. Walk in and reception is like 'dentist is with an emergency patient, you can wait if you want to'. They call all the time to ask for other thing like change of time etc., but could not tackle time to call and mention the delay before I got there. Better train your staff how to convey messages to your customers. The attitude over the top.
I have been a patient at One Smile Knox for many years. I tried to find a dentist closer to home but that didn't work so I travel 60km to see Dr Donald Chin. Special mention also to Rachel on reception, she is a star employee
Such a nice experience for me and my daughter. We had two different Dentists they were both very proffesional thorough, kind and understanding.
