I had a tooth that needed to be extracted as i was in alot of pain. I was recommended one smile knox by a friend who spoke highly of them all. I rung the same day and they got me in that day. I was very anxious and nervous about seeing a dentist. I was greeted by Shelby who was nothing but lovely and helpful. Dr Melania Iskandar was my dentist and was so lovely and caring and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. She extracted my tooth and made sure i was ok the whole time. I highly recommend Dr Jocelyn Liew, who extracted my wisdom tooth within a couple of minutes. I didn't have to pay an exorbitant amount for the procedure, as I was expecting. She was also happy to rely on the X-rays I had taken a few months ago and didn't order unnecessary tests, unlike other dentists who usually order X-rays at every visit. Staff are friendly and approachable, and sensitive to people with dental anxiety. Extended and flexible hours are great for people whom can't get to an appointment in standard hours. Costs are clearly explained prior to any procedures taking place.
