Really disappointing check-in experience, especially for the price point. After traveling all day with my family and young daughter, we arrived at the lobby around 6:00 PM only to find it closed with a sign directing us to check in at One Ski Hill. We drove to One Ski Hill, and that lobby was also closed with another sign directing us to River Mountain Lodge. After going back down the mountain, we then waited around 30 minutes while the front desk staff had to be walked through how to check us in. In total, what should have ... read more
