Always perfect and convenient! Although they did get rid of the breakfast buffet, which was really good.
Unacceptable room. Sagging mattress next to a drafty window… it’s February. Shower converted from very old tub. Grungy. 2 narrow closets. Traveling with ski clothes. I asked to be moved at 2 pm today. Early in day when rooms turn over. No rooms available. .. at 2pm ? Unaccommodating. I have my family in a 3 bedroom apt here… not helpful in finding me an acceptable room.
