Check in was PERFECT 5 star, outdoor hot tub at sunset was wonderful. facing mountain have spectacular views. Room had everything a guest could want, however time to replace the bed. In the morning I ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns and toast. The food looked and tasted like it came from yesterday's buffet at a 1 star restaurant with a hair found in the eggs. Owners & GM have some work to do to fix the atrocious food service. I save 1 star ratings only for special occasions.
Can’t beat this location! Zack and JC at the ski valet were awesome. Very helpful in whatever we needed. Facilities were great after a long day of skiing. Only downside was ice machine in room didn’t work. But overall still an awesome experience!
Love this place! Bowling, billiards, theater room, pool, hot tub & fitness room plus a bunch of shops for food and drinks and the slope is right outside the door wonderful staff helped me with some oxygen for my daughter who has asthma and the only place with free shuttle rides I cause you miss that last gondola ride like we did . Will visit again!
