I highly recommend One Shot Tire & Auto! It is so hard to find a good automotive repair business. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. I have dealt with Damon and his staff several times and I have always been pleased with the quality of their services. They also have reasonable prices.
I went in with my own parts they didn't tell me how much it would be. I sat there waiting, they only had it back there for 3 hours and charged me 640 dollars. I had to go to the bank to get a cashier's check only for them to give me a hard time about that as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I called on march 5 to get a price on installing a air compressor on my step dad's vehicle on his Dodge Ram they told me it was going to be $135 cuz he brought his own part and they normally use customers parts they told me the best day to bring it up would be on Thursday or Friday and it will take about 2 hours I called again and asked him how much they would charge to remove the freon they told me to be $35 and take about an hour so my stepdad drives all the way up here from Chipley and gets up there they're asking about a... read more
I am a first time customer as well as a customer who has owned his own shops for the past 50 years before retiring. I found the management and staff to be friendly knowledgeable and honest. They took care of my issues quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be returning and recommend this shop highly. Don
