Tower One. Pay 800 a month to have 'security' a month to be ticketed in the underground of your own home. Yaye!
I am a contractor who has worked in many condominiums, and I can confidently say this place has some of the worst management I’ve ever encountered. The security guard is extremely rude and unprofessional, making the environment uncomfortable and difficult to work in. The management does not handle issues properly, and communication is poor at best. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before getting involved with this condo.
Please do your research before committing to this building. Horrible management, won't respond to you or your complaints. FB group is controlled by shady folks who has their own personal business & interest to keep negative posts out (just do some research on the internet about sherway condos!)
