I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrew, he was very diligent and answered all of my questions and I had many. He was very professional great customer service. I couldn't have gotten a better company to come empty my septic tank. Not to mention they located my tank in about 2 minutes...Very happy customer here!!! Hands down best septic company in Michigan!! These guys work hard! They are very polite, efficient, hardworking, honest and knowledgable!!! My husband and I could not be happier with them and we’ll be life long customers! We found out after having our tank cleaned out for the first time, since buying our home, the tank needed to be replaced and they have done such an amazing job with the cleaning of the tank and now replacing it for us! I never leave reviews but if I could leave 10 stars I would. Andrew, one of the owners is one of a kind. He went so far above and beyond what I could have expected. We had a backup into one of our bathtubs and were hoping a septic clean out would fix it. I called him on a Saturday and he made it out the same day. When pumping the septic didnt fix our backup, he took the time to snake the drain for us and actually got it to drain. It's rare to come by this level of customer service these days and I will never, ever go through... read more

I highly recommend ONE Septic Services! The second wedding at my new wedding venue and toilets started backing up! It was past 7:30pm on a Saturday when I called Andrew in a panic and unlike everyone near me, he answered the phone. He proceeded to walk me through troubleshooting the issue and we were able to determine it was a plumbing blockage rather than a septic issue.
