We called Andrew two days before our vacation. He came here the next day to pump our old tank. He was concerned about our tank. He suggested that we need a new one. He knows this stuff. He figured out where to put the new tank and took care of our yard. He is very polite and respectful. He is very patient and professional when we asked a lot of questions. We are pleased with his work.
These guys were so professional they’re not only pumped out my septic tank. They opened up the plug line that went into my house just amazing great people and on a Friday night at 6 o’clock.
I would highly recommend One Septic Service. Their representative, Andrew, answered my phone call on a Sunday (I was thinking to leave a voice message) and he has been very helpful. He took an inordinate amount of time explaining things to me, and worked with me and my schedule to set an appointment within 3 days to come out and inspect a system. I left a message to get my septic pumped. They responded right away and got out here within days. Communication was great and on time. I worked with Kurt who was amazing. Hands down best septic company in Michigan!! These guys work hard! They are very polite, efficient, hardworking, honest and knowledgable!!!
