We called Andrew two days before our vacation. He came here the next day to pump our old tank. He was concerned about our tank. He suggested that we need a new one. He knows this stuff. He figured out where to put the new tank and took care of our yard. He is very polite and respectful. He is very patient and professional when we asked a lot of questions. We are pleased with his work.

Had issues on a Saturday- called a lot of company's, but this one was the only one who came out. When we called, the owner answered from out of town, gave us a quote and then arranged for the septic service that very afternoon. The technician was very conscientious,knowledgeable about our issue and gave us advice for the future. Will definitely use them again! I spoke to Andrew today and he gave me terrific advice, we are selling our home and he told us to wait until after septic inspection by the buyers, for a couple of reasons, sometimes if you do it before requested by the buyers it could raise a red flag that maybe there is an issue. There isn’t, house is new build 5.5 years old, we were just trying to be pro-active and then the other thing he said the inspection could show it is not needed. We came home from dinner to raw sewage pouring into our basement. We called Andrew and he came out a few hours later on a snowy Sunday for an emergency call. He pumped our septic and was able to clear the clog that caused the backup. He was polite, professional, fast and able to solve our problem for a fair price. I 100% recommend them for your routine and emergency needs!

Andrew is awesome at One Septic! We had another company come out this morning and they couldn't find the lid. They had the plans from the county and still couldn't find it, but wanted to charge the homeowner more money to find it with a scope. I called Andrew, he made time out of his already busy day, to come help us out. He found the lid within a few minutes of getting there. Pumped it and was absolutely so sweet about it. He saved the day!! Very professional and knows his business!
