We called Andrew two days before our vacation. He came here the next day to pump our old tank. He was concerned about our tank. He suggested that we need a new one. He knows this stuff. He figured out where to put the new tank and took care of our yard. He is very polite and respectful. He is very patient and professional when we asked a lot of questions. We are pleased with his work.
We came home from dinner to raw sewage pouring into our basement. We called Andrew and he came out a few hours later on a snowy Sunday for an emergency call. He pumped our septic and was able to clear the clog that caused the backup. He was polite, professional, fast and able to solve our problem for a fair price. I 100% recommend them for your routine and emergency needs!
Outstanding Service! Our septic backed up and needed to be pumped ASAP so after several calls to septic service companies I finally got someone to answer the phone. It was one septic. Told them what was going on and they showed up very quickly. This occurred mid February and was raining hard outside and they soldered on until the job was finished. Thank You
Andrew and crew were awesome. Needed two (00 gal tanks emptied that had not been serviced in years. Accomplished in an hour and for a very fair cost. Andrew also mentioned things we need to think about in the future so we were not caught off guard. Recommend One Septic and Andrew whole heartedly. I’ll be using them in future for services
I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrew, he was very diligent and answered all of my questions and I had many. He was very professional great customer service. I couldn't have gotten a better company to come empty my septic tank. Not to mention they located my tank in about 2 minutes...Very happy customer here!!!
