I had a step child in this program that was honest about their parents drug abuse in the home with the counselor. The child was dismissed and counselor told the parent. That parent told the child they were trying to get them in trouble. I don’t see anything good came from the experience.
Awful experience !!! A foster dog program they reached to about my pup for me called Dallas Pass wouldn't help me then were rude to me as I asked why are you not replying to my application yet sending me generated follow ups you aren't even looking at??? Well, Dallas Pass decided then they cert won't help bc I got upset (in a DV flee) mind you with 12 yr old dog who is my kid. Well, then One Safe Place never replied to me again. Staff at the front desk rejected service and the use of bathrooms. Not sure why but it did seem subjective that they did not like my appearance. Assuming that Im young they proceeded to deny service of vending machines. Not sure if couples can have date nights here but I can’t get a snack? I wish I did my research on this place before coming. They did nothing but call CPS on me and have my children removed for DV in the home and then STOP answering me!!! I’ve been emailing my advocate Ariana for MONTHS with no answer after she called CPS. If you have children please do NOT come here. Run as far as you can from this place!!
