I visited the new store this week. The old store was a favourite that I had loved to shop at since the very beginning. The new store is tiny (I kept looking for a door to 'more', unsuccessfully) and there are none of the curiosities and vintage elements of the original. Nor furniture, as none would even fit inside. There is nothing there that can't be had elsewhere, in a store that is capable of accommodating more than 2-3 customers at once. What happened??? When it was in Dulwich, it was a wonderful place to spend time exploring artwork, furniture and artifacts. Now it is so ho hum.
Why haven't I heard of this gem before! What an incredible experience. Immediately welcomed and asked if I had a piece in mind. A vast array of home items that are so unique. Definitely recommend a visit.
I entered the store and there were 4 staff members there not 1 person spoke to me so won't be back
Lovely staff and products. Got 2 beautiful pairs of reading glasses.
