Originally I put three stars because I tried to contact them before driving 25 minutes to get there and then see a sign on the door that they were closed. However I think that was unfair, not I’m giving four stars because I have yet to give them a second chance but I think they should be more communicative with their customers.
One Root is wonderful with an outstanding collection of teas.
