Steve worked on a very unique project for us, a Caboose renovation, that required a lot of problem solving, outside the box thinking, and creative solutions. One Room at a Time is an outstanding design build contractor. We hired them for a complete rehab, inside and exterior, of our home. Stephanie took our ideas and incorporated them into unique design detailed drawings. She knows all the ins and outs of construction to make ideas we had buildable. Steve has a true eye for detail with both design and build. This team exceeded our expectations while maintaining the budget and time schedule. Select them for your project and you will not regret!
I worked with Stephanie while I build the house. She helped us with cabinet drawings initially. We were impressed with her work so we used her services at different level. Initially I did not hire an interior designer as I did not want to go with cookie cutter choices.
