Megan did a thorough interview and her massage reflected that. I was open to having her do what made sense given I was 8 wks post breast surgery. She was both gentle and firm as needed. She focussed on lymph drainage, scar massage and some muscle/fascia lengthening. Great massage. Look forward to going back.
Megan is amazingly incredible at what she does. I can't recommend her enough, and I learned so much just from asking questions as our sessions went along. She's a wealth of knowledge and a very caring person who seems to genuinely want to help people - no negatives to share at all, only an enriching & positive experience.
My 1st ever lymph draining massage at One River Massage was great! Sam, (female) was wonderful! She's knowledgeable, caring, thorough and had a very good, effective technique that produced desired results. I can't say enough good about the massage and about this wonderful place. Can't wait until my next visit.
Megan has created a MUCH needed welcoming atmosphere for individuals of all backgrounds. You are encouraged to be yourself in this safe space. In addition to a great massage, she also has a pay it forward fund which can be donated to in order to help others receive massages even if they may not be able to afford it. Others should take notes from Megan on how to conduct a professional and welcoming business while sharing her passion for helping and healing. Thank you Megan!
