Brought mine all white lining outfit to get press and they left a iron mark on it and wanted me to pay for it very disgusting people don't ever bring your clothes here
They lost a pair of my pans and they are giving me the run around. They are horrible. I believe they just keep the clothes. Beware!!!
Terrible problem with John putting green sweater in with brown & black. Ruined & torn just worn once & now won't answer my calls for him to pay for it. I have his cell & store number & he refuses to return my calls. He was to have a check ready for me Monday & Today is Tuesday March 10th & I have called atleast 15 times & he won't answer or return my call. I brought about 8 pieces of clothes to this cleaner. Each item was ruined. Embellishments broken off, clothes returned with stains that were there originally (and some new ones added by the cleaning process). Blistered coats and faded clothing. I later learn that the heat used on a black jacket that was destroyed-was too high. When I spoke with the business owner, he takes no responsibility. Very brash, rude, and uncaring. I DID tell my best friend about this place, and she plans to make sure not to go there.
About 1 month ago, I brought in over 8 garments (about 3 items each week). Each item was destroyed. 1 shirt with embellishments was damaged. Understandable--embellishments are delicate. The owner said there is no charge for the "service". 1 shirt with a spot was spot treated to a fade. Imagine a green shirt with something similar to a large bleach stain circling it (spot still remains). A black jacket I brought in with a watermark was blistered to a long fade. All destroyed.
