Great job!! Cashier was friendly, helpful. She explained she was new. Very sweet. Found my dress immediately!!! Will definitely be returning for repeat business.
Arrived at 8:30am on a Monday store times are 7-7pm. I came to the door, wasn’t acknowledged the woman just looked at me and continued doing what she was on the computer. When I didn’t leave she came to the door and said my register isn’t open yet, but I was simply picking up my dry cleaning, which was paid for. She pointed at a hand written sign that said running late taped to the door and instructed me to wait outside. This is probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve been given. I brought in my dress right before an event ,and they totally saved the day. The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to help me out. I dropped my dress off and got it back the very next day. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Definitely my go-to dry cleaners from now on!
