Young lady vanessa is very polite professional and very detailed, and caring love her customer service, this business is blessed to have a employee like her.
I've been to a bunch of cleaners and they all seem robotic with the customer service. Vanessa is a breath of fresh air and has a welcoming smile every time we bring clothes in. She's very professional and always handles us with respect and warmth. The building could use some work.
System was down and unable to accept new customers.
