I have been a customer here for a long time; I love Solange. I've trusted this place with many high quality pieces of clothing and have never had a problem. This last time, though, there was an issue. Favorite sweater with no defined shoulders and loose with tight forearms with turtle neck. Awesome, lightweight sweater. After telling Solange to make sure it is not hung from a hanger, I get it back on a hanger with shoulder "nubs" on each shoulder from the hanger. Shocker!
