The company is very irresponsible! One of their store lost my husband's shirt 6 months ago and was never found. I contacted with the claim manager many times and everytime she promised me she'll call me back but never did! Until today, she still haven't give us the money back for the shirt they lost! I will NEVER go there again!!
$ and only $ is their bottom line – They will write a claim for anything, things have to be sent back multiple times to be re-cleaned. But I guess that would be because the "new" help is more interested in appearance vs customer service.
