Don’t deal with Michael Lam. Didn’t even get a chance to put an offer in on a motorcycle before he told me to look elsewhere. I can’t speak for the rest of the company but seeing as this is my first and last interaction, this is the deserving review.
I purchased an Audi Q7 2017 from Brian at the end of Feb and he was amazing to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the purchase. He worked with us to fix some things the dealer inspection brought up with no complaints and professionalism. I highly recommend Brian and his team from start to finish!
I have been buying cars from the owner operator for the last 10 years. I have recommended several friends and family and Lam has always delivered excellence and reliability. I have bought several cars from him myself, he is knowledgeable and makes his customers comfortable during the buying process. Whether you want to buy or sell, one price auto is a one stop shop. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Phillip and the team from One Price Auto. The pre , during and after sales service has been OUTSTANDING! They really did make sure we were happy and looked after all the way through the deal. The only dealer in the lower mainland ( that I am aware of ) that DOES NOT try to slip the B.S.
