I recently visited One Preston Station and had the pleasure of touring the property with Adriana. The experience was truly remarkable. Adriana’s knowledge and genuine passion for her work were outstanding, and she made me feel confident in my decision to lease in the future. Adriana was very helpful with getting me setup and giving all the right information I needed to help me with the process of moving in. I am very much looking forward to moving in here at One Preston Station.
My next door neighbors dog, pitbull, much bigger than my yorkie attacked my dog, resulting in death and the management team are telling me there is nothing to be done about this issue. They said the pitbull is a non aggressive animal. If you have small children or small animals beware! The issue was never addressed as management had already made up their mind about the situation when they finally answered the phone DAYS later. Julia was absolutely wonderful during our apartment tour. From the very beginning, she made a great first impression—warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk us through each space, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Her positive attitude and knowledge really stood out and made the experience enjoyable.
