I have noticed such a positive change since the new management team took over. The property looks much cleaner, the grounds are well maintained, and everything feels more organized. You can really tell that they care about keeping the community looking its best. The new manager has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions. It’s great to see the improvements being made, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into making this a better place to live. Keep up the great work!
Typically, I don't write reviews because I've generally had positive experiences with apartment living. However, I feel it's important to share my experience here for anyone considering moving in. From the very first night after moving in, issues began to arise. My downstairs neighbor reacts erratically to even the slightest amount of normal living noise. I have to say, One Preston Station is an absolutely AMAZING place to live and be at, it's super clean, the community is super friendly, nothing but peace and prosperity. Also a huge shoutout to Julia, she's always been amazing, communicative, and always friendly as well as the rest of the One Preston Staff. Safe to say, I'm glad to call One Preston My Home. Thank you guys!
Initial visit was fine. Viewed a model apartment which was nice but when I asked if I could walk the unit that would actually be mine, they ghosted me and at this point are actively avoiding my calls and emails. Renters beware. Starting to think there are no more good apartment complexes left.
I have started to hate this place. Neighbors are super annoying, I get no responses from leasing, I have issues every other week with my apartment. I dread coming home now. I can’t stand it at all and wish I could leave. Liked it at first, but now I absolutely hate this place with a passion. Lastly, the kids run around and touch all over the vehicles, vandalize them, and throw trash everywhere. I do not like it here anymore and want out.
